History/Bio: “The justice of lead. The judgment of the road.” Those words were spoken by Aaron Edison, father of Thomas Edison who has no relation at all to the famous inventor of the 19th century. However, those were not the first times those words were spoken, nor will it ever be the last. The entirety of the Edison family, from the oldest of grandfathers and grandmothers to the youngest of children of five and six years of age, were entirely capable of handling a firearm and using a weapon.
Riding with his father on his Harley and shooting indiscriminately at targets of opportunity, Thomas was born and bred into a family of violence. Considered to be a rogue motorcycle club based out of nowhere in particular, Thomas learned and adapted quickly to the rapidly changing face of the modern world. Even as traditional as his family was, even was traditional as he was, he still knew that if he did not adjust and change with the world, he and his family would quickly become obsolete and disappear into the same winds that brought about their beginnings.
As the boy grew, so did his talent for killing. By the time he was an adolescent, he had already slain his first of many deer. Though as he grew, he also became more increasingly aware of the new and strange creatures that walked among the humans. Such creatures his family did little to hide their hatred and annoyance against. Thomas too learned to hate and loathe these creatures, werewolves, vampires, faeries, and other demons.
Eventually, his family learned to kill them.
The roaming gang of modern day cowboy bikers took it upon themselves to become a group of vigilantes that brought death to the “injustices against humanity.” Any creature they found they killed where they stood. Vampires they shot and burned, using the various methods that have come up throughout history to defeat the different types of vampires. Werewolves and other beasts they simply shot until their target stopped moving. More elusive creatures they hunted down and trapped. Surprisingly organized and terribly efficient, the Edison family moved in pairs whenever they arrived at a place too large for them to move as a single group. Ever vigilant and ever alert, they gunned down anything that wasn’t human and tortured the humans that worked with such creatures.
During one particular raid on a rather large estate in the California mountains, one of the family’s most respected hunters and Thomas’ favorite uncle was gruesomely butchered, his blood literally boiled under his skin until his body exploded in a mass of liquefied human flesh. Thomas was the one with his uncle on that terrifyingly traumatizing day and it was he that brought the creature to justice, filling his target with an entire magazine from his rifle and a cylinder from each of his revolvers. Dead beyond dead laid the creature but he was not done. Whatever dynamite he had, whatever amounts of explosives he had beyond that he placed around the body, blowing it up along with a fair portion of the manor.
Thereafter each hunt and each slaying became more and more of a personal vendetta for Thomas. Family has died before but none have affected him as much as his uncle. Eventually he broke off on his own, traveling with his younger brother that insisted on joining him in order to spread his family’s justice ever farther away from home. He traveled endlessly, stopping only for supplies and to hunt.
As with before, each successful hunt gave the brothers more confidence and more experience. Each way they found a new way to trap a target, kill a beast, or trick a thief. Yet each time they became more hated among the locals that they “worked for.” No matter how troublesome the beast was, the citizens provided less and less help while at the same time becoming more of a hindrance regardless of how unknown they were to begin with in any town.
During one such clearing of a town, tragedy struck yet again this time in the form of a human servant driving an industrial vehicle. When the target took off, Leroy Edison, Thomas’ younger brother, took off on his motorcycle before Thomas had time to recover from crashing his own bike. Just as Leroy was clearing an alley, however, a dump truck came out and crashed into Leroy’s bike killing him instantly in the impact and subsequent crushing. Already grieved and pained over the death of a favorite uncle, the death of Leroy sent Thomas on an endless road of death and destruction where he began to hunt savagely for the beasts that walked the world.
Now he continues to ride on his never ending journey of vengeance and familial justice. With nothing more than the clothes on his back, weapons strapped to him, and his motorcycle of supplies, he rides on. Tirelessly he hunts and ruthlessly he kills.
Personality: Cold-hearted and rude, Thomas Edison has an attitude of take whatever he wishes without care. He has his own code of ethics and moralities but most people barely catch a glimpse of it. In the end, all they ever see is the man’s duster billowing out behind him as he rides off on his motorcycle. A true outlaw.
Skills:
A survivalist at heart, Thomas Edison has learned through family and experience how to survive on the land. Humping across dozens of miles of scorching desert terrain, deadly climbs up and down mountains and canyons, and navigating through vast stretches of forests was a commonality. Even after he earned his Harley Softail Night Train, one of the last of its kind, he held on firmly to these skills.
Along with these survival skills, Thomas is more than capable of rapidly picking off targets with his revolvers, driving a tack into a target down range with his rifle, blowing up a structure with his explosives, or if it comes down to it, gutting an enemy with his knives.
Equipment: While he may be a modern day cowboy with some vintage looking weapons, most everything has been modernized and upgraded to fit the needs of the modern world, especially with the new protection systems humans wear and the tough hides of certain creatures.

“Get up!” Thomas demanded as he shoved the business end of his BFR into the back of the beast’s head. “Get up so I may shoot you with some dignity you worthless mongrel!”
Thomas Edison had been chasing a particular werewolf for hundreds of miles now after their first encounter at a town in northern California. Now at the southern edge of Nevada, in the harshness of the Mojave Desert Thomas was back at home on a land that he knew all too well. So what it was one state over from his true home? What mattered was he was on his land and this beast was at its end. It had turned only a few minutes after its leg was shot to shit when Thomas put a .500 S&W Magnum round through the femur, effective shattering it and tearing the leg apart. Even as a changed beast, without a working leg it was running nowhere.
Thomas did not give the creature a chance to attack or even stand. Instead he simply pulled the trigger, watching in horrific delight as the beast’s head splintered and exploded into fleshy chunks that rained onto the sand below.
“See you in hell with the rest of you fucks,” Thomas grumbled, turned, and walked away as he holstered his weapon. The wind kicked up a flurry of dust but he merely grabbed at the brim of his hat, lowered it some and let his duster protect him as he walked towards his motorcycle. Once again, he was on the hunt.

I changed my bike's handle bars from beach bar to drag bar and added a rifle case.
